Secures joint technology development and commercialization opportunities through SK ecoplant’s Tech Open Collaboration
ENhitech was selected as an Outstanding Technology at the 2025 Tech Open Collaboration program, receiving an Excellence Award along with a commendation from the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science Foundation (Innopolis Foundation).
Tech Open Collaboration is an open innovation program hosted by SK ecoplant, focused on technological innovation and mutual growth. The platform identifies startups with promising technologies and facilitates collaboration with large enterprises through proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, demonstration initiatives, and market entry opportunities.
In this evaluation, ENhitech proposed its UV Advanced Oxidation Process (UV AOP)-based refractory organic compound removal technology, developed to overcome water reuse limitations in semiconductor manufacturing processes. The technology received high marks across all criteria, including technological capability, applicability, commercialization potential, and environmental contribution.
As a result, ENhitech was selected as an Outstanding Technology within the Tech Open Collaboration program and received an Excellence Award. The company also received a commendation from the Innopolis Foundation in recognition of its innovative technology’s scalability and public contribution.
